F-16C Block 50

Mid-poly, ultimate-fidelity model of the F-16C Block 50.

The F-16C is a single-engine, multirole fighter aircraft developed for the United States Air Force. Originally designed as a daytime air superiority fighter, it later evolved into a highly successful all-weather multirole aircraft, of which over 4600 have been built since 1976. Although it is no longer being purchased by the USAF, it has been successfully imported to many nation's air forces, seen action in multiple theatres, and continues to be upgraded to this day.

Shown here is the later "C" model, specifically a Block 50 - a later variant first delivered to the USAF in 1991, with improved GPS/INS, and the capability for more advanced loadouts (including the AGM-88 HARM missile, and JDAM bombs). Further Block 50 upgrades include the support for conformal fuel tanks, the APG-68 radar, and integration of the JHMCS - a helmet-mounted HUD and sighting solution.
